Even after uninstalling previous versions, those settings still remained. I'm going to go ahead to say that likely the dolphinvr settings had something somewhere that was messing with my settings. AND! now everything is arranged properly on the hug and the cockpit view is correct!! now the game is running great 60 fps, with still some audio stutters but not at bad. didn't play so great, so i went back to stable 5.0. Went ahead and cleared out all versions of dolphin, reinstalled the newest non-beta build. Updating, remembered that i have about four different versions of dolphin on my various harddrives (one for a projectM build, one for dolphinvr, one for reggie dolphin, and then one for the newest version). I've already got 2 golds, but I need MORE. I have circled the radar to make it more clear.Īny help with this would be appreciated, otherwise the game runs perfect. I am attaching screenshots so you can see my issue. I have used the widescreen gecko cheat, it still occurs. I have browsed this thread and I have not seen anyone mention this issue. played that level sooooo many times as a kid. Still got gold tho, I definitely remember the patterns on that one. It makes Death Star Escape much harder, since the entire level is first person only, and your seat swivels around and since it's already shifted to the left it makes shooting the TIES harder.

However, when in cockpit view, with the reticule appearing shifted to the left, this makes aiming more difficult.
#X wing cockpit targeting screen free
plus, when in cockpit view, you have a parallax free reticule, something that IMO makes aiming much easier.

I always used cockpit view as it stops the odd camera pushes and pulls from using 3rd person mode and constantly breaking and accelerating. For some craft like the B-Wing with an open cockpit it isn't so bad, but for most craft (A-wing, X-wing, Y-Wing) you are looking DIRECTLY at an A-pillar, rendering cockpit view worthless. When you go into cockpit mode, the view is also shifted to the left this same amount. The radar itself is in the correct place, but the frame around it is shifted left. Like, the hud for the radar is shifted to the left. The game is running almost flawlessly, the only issue I have is some of the geometry is off-center. my fps were capped at 50 until I switched modes IN THE GAME, not dolphin settings). So I've got the game running smoothly at 50 fps in 50 hz mode, and 60 fps with occasional stuttering in 60 hz mode (don't forget the GAME ITSELF has this option.
